We believe Christ Himself is alive and His Spirit is with His people.

We believe we are all ministers of Christ in the world and that our lives are in His service.

Our purposes:

To gather in waiting worship and to celebrate the love of God.

As we enter into worship we wait for God to speak through one or more of us.

To depend upon the Light and Spirit of Christ, the Scriptures, and the sense of the Meeting to discern the will of God and to follow it.

When decisions must be made, whether secular or religious, a vote is generally taken. However Quakers don't vote.  In Friends business meetings, our goal is to discern the will of God rather than to decide which view is most popular.

To live the traditional testimonies of Friends:
simplicity, peace, integrity, community, and equality.

To create a community that actively shares its interests and concerns,

To support each member's way of living out his or her ministry.

That ministry may involve being a 21st century Moses or John the Baptist or to embody the Love of God.

To be a welcoming and receiving body to those who are seeking.
